so i don't think them acquiring Melda is of any worry as long as they keep to their word and philosophy of hands off partnership, i believe off the top of my head vojtech had commented on this same topic somewhere else on KVR stating that Melda still has the freedom to do what they desire and the decision to be acquired by Image-Line is mainly for support (something along that line) not to be quoted.
