Wish I had been doing more DIY to take on the kit for a very attractive price.

I am going to miss out on some resonant goodness, but I’ll consider MMG for a future purchase maybe too.

Keep in mind the DJTW LPG is >4" deep. It won't fit in most cases, unless they have a way of mounting the PCBs horizontally now. I have mine mounted in a rack that doesn't have a back. I met Thomas White back in 2010 and he said the PCBs were originally designed for 5U panels.

You can try adding resonance to a non-resonant LPG/filter by using a polarizing mixer to send negative feedback to it's input. That doesn't always work, depends on the circuit but worth trying.
