Choose whatever your mind works better with and which one you feel more pleasure with.
Personally, I choose Live over Bitwig, and Cubase over S1 (that on Windows). AB Live 12 is the overall winner for me if I must choose one DAW, but I have the Standard version which is OK but Suite is the one to go really. Its arrangement view is much better than Bitwig's one. It is more responsive and more elegant to my taste. I enjoy working with Live but you need sometime to get used to the shortcuts. The synths and drums provided are fantastic, really the best among the DAWs.
Cubase is my second DAW now on Windows (Logic/Live on Mac). It is really a powerful DAW and for me it is also a pleasure to work with but it has a slow start/quit process. Anyway, this is very minor IMO. I spent many years with Cubase, so I know my way better than other DAWs. It is a heavyweight DAW though!
