The Waveshaper in Chow DSP's ChowMultiTool also allows to put in mathematical functions that determine the waveshape.
For me it's an interesting feature, but not one I would use while mixing.
But I guess it's great for plugin developers, who code their own saturation / distortion plugins, since you can test drive various functions before implementing them in code
