I'm quite sure that EVERYBODY on KVR knows all about WUP and WAVES.I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a scandal. But it is a subscription plan by another name. Once you are assimilated into the Waves ecosystem, you’re faced with maintenance fees for life which far surpass the value of the plugins.
It’s just something to keep in mind when accepting their generous “gift.”
No need to repeat the same old song ad nauseam.
