I’m quite sure in my country it’s compulsory to respect the advertised price, I don’t know if France has different rules (I doubt it)…
Anyway, mistakes do happen and this was a mistake on their side… and they refunded you.
Maybe you could enforce them to give you the product for that lower “agreed” price (there’s definitely a transaction record, maybe you have an invoice too?)… I wouldn’t bother though, it’s just a 30€ difference and, while it’s not very little money, I don’t think it’s even worth the time and effort.
They refunded you, it’s a missed sale, just move on…
By the way, I think the way they calculate their upgrade path and prices is probably quite complex/sophisticated.
For example, I have V Collection 9 and the FX suite 5 (through upgrades) and I have an offer to upgrade (or crossgrade, I don’t remember, I saw it a few days ago) to FX suite 5 at a discounted price in my account. Of course this offer doesn’t make any sense but, speaking from my perspective as someone who makes a living thanks to software maintenance (on a different unrelated field, though! but unfortunately I deal with prices sometimes), such mistakes are not completely unlikely to happen when the calculations and the rules are complex…
