I feel youUI scaling is a must. I think it's fair to sat that anyone who's been into VSTs, since they were first released in 1996, no longer has 20 / 20 vision ( on my part, a bit more Magoo-like ) and would definitely benefit from being able to resize it.
...and I'm sure Curve 3 will ba scalable. There are only a few developers releasing new plugins without this in mind. Some are mistaking resizing for scaling though (as in the interface is resiable, but the text and graphics are still the same size). And then we have developers like Serato, who released v2 of Serato Sample without the possibility either resize or scale. And when pointing this out they got almost mad and told me I could use the OS's scaling option (as if this would affect only their specific plugin).
