This mob had 6 months to prepare for bankruptcy. I bet they got DR for free when the past owners wanted out. This mob is a liquidator, they do this shit for a job. There will be likely outstanding taxes still due, no money left , and suppliers will be unsecured and at the bottom of the creditors list.
