They don’t reply to my emails. They only replied to the first I sent regarding the static / crackling in recirculate. Never got a response on any follow ups again despite me taking the time to provide videos and such.What are people's experiences with support from Newfangled? I can't use my Newfangled plugins and they've not acknowledged my support request.
