I didn't suggest that. What I do suggest is the the basic rules of a pissing contest is that the person who starts it should probably have something to show to back their starting the whole pissing contest thing. Starting but being unwilling to finish is the essence of a poor form person. A cad was the term.
I started none of this but yes, thanks for noticing I am having a bad day because three times in a row I got attacked by people starting a pissing contest. I should not have to put up with that when as you not I tend to post even things, well considered, well explained things. But that counts for nothing so often now when these monkeys seem to have free reign.
There is a strong case for rolling off the transient, esp in echoes. This was part of the Tom Scholtz thing. A recent free echo offers that and it is useful at times.
