I would love to just be able to navigate from phrase to phrase forward and back with keyboard shortcuts?!?

There is a keyboard shortcut for moving to the next bar. In Settings -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Timeline - Move play back position next bar and previous..

I use CTRL- Right and CTRL-Left and I set it to global..
