The good old days of the Atari 1040ST, the Atari Falcon... Remember the Mac LC1, II & III? These things were loading from a freaking floppy disk.![:clap:]( "Well Done")
Im going to go out on a limb here and say the official 5.2 release will have both msi & msix installers. I also believe M$S may have had a gentle hand in persuading B'W to deploy this move. NONE of the major players have a viable DAW on the windows store so this would be a perfect time for these guys to take advantage. ALso consider the fact that Apple have logic on there app store and M$S are looking for a rival, Before the end of the year i expect to see bitwig on the MS'Store as a full fledged DAW Version 6. Its also possible that V5.XX will be the last we see of the msi installer. Just my opinion based on observation of a few conversations (emails) i have had with tech support.
