Yes, but the "self-management" will not be done by the developers, but - most likely -Well, this is all of course actually highly off topic at this point anyway, since we already heard from the Magix stuff themselves that the Samplitude X9 release is unaffected by the insolvency (which is quite the relief, at least for me) but fwiw what you wrote doesn't at all apply to Magix either way, since they are in an "Insolvenz in Eigenverwaltung" (self-managed insonvency), so there's no external insolvency administrator.There is rarely any communication between the insolvency administrator and the
operational staff, i.e. the developers. Only when the insolvency administrator has
made up his mind on a decision is it announced to everyone. And such a decision
can of course be anything - from "We're going ahead with everything" to
"We're stopping everything now".
